    this app sucksthis app has caused me FAR more headache than relief. If a customer doesn't leave their contact info you will get their message but no way to reply. There are so many issues...

    Chat wont allow to talkthe wix chat box is usless if customer shows offline for 1 second cannot replay BRING BACK OFFLINE MESSAGES!!!!
